What is RAIN reflexology?

It is a method of reflexology that focuses on the individual. It is responsive, adaptive, intuitive, and nurturing. This method of reflexology was developed by a Nurse Practitioner with a transcultural approach to healing. After practicing reflexology for well over 15 years, studying Western Medicine, Integrative medicine, Functional Medicine, Multiple methods of traditional and American reflexology, Ayurveda, transcultural Shamanism, and energy work from a wide variety of cultures, she blended her studies with an intuitive journey, connecting her to her Celtic and Lakota heritage to arrive at this individualized approach.

Healthcare Track

This is track for people who have a license in healthcare, as either a nurse, physical therapist, or medical provider (reach out if you aren’t sure). We have A&P modules that you can use to supplement, test out of, or skip. You will receive modules specifically focused on the theory and practice of reflexology, along with hands-on training to learn reflexology techniques.

Secondary Certification

This track is for current reflexologists that are looking to expand their knowledge, and practice additional styles and techniques. You will have access to all the materials in the full certification, but will not be required to complete the post grad case studies. You will receive the same hands-on training, and optional supervised practice. This is a great course for the seasoned reflexologist that is looking to try new techniques and learn more, or the new reflexologist that is looking for more hands-on experience.

Continuing Education

We offer classes and workshops for current reflexologists ranging from detailed and focused anatomy and physiology, to advanced techniques when working with the nervous system, and even energetic hygiene during sessions.
