What is RAIN reflexology?
It is a method of reflexology that focuses on the individual. It is responsive, adaptive, intuitive, and nurturing. This method of reflexology was developed by a Nurse Practitioner with a transcultural approach to healing. After practicing reflexology for twenty years, studying Western Medicine, Integrative medicine, Functional Medicine, Multiple methods of traditional and American reflexology, Ayurveda, transcultural Shamanism, and energy work from a wide variety of cultures, she blended her studies with an intuitive journey, connecting her to her Celtic and Lakota heritage to arrive at this individualized approach.
