Seeing one of our holistic practitioners (massage therapist etc) does not constitute a patient agreement with our medical providers. Of note, if your holistic appointment (mindfulness, bodywork, etc) is with a medical provider, this does not constitute a patient-provider relationship, and medical advice will not be provided. To receive medical advice, please schedule a medical appointment and sign a patient-provider agreement.
